“...people help and tell me it’s going to be solved.
Be supportive. People encouraging me and
motivating me. People accepting me for who
I am. Take my mind off the problem. Put me
in groups with friends or people that don’t
annoy me. Get bullies to respect and care
                                  about me more.” - (A. 11y.)
“...playing with the blue tack or go out of the
classroom and go on the swing for a little
                                       while.” - (R. 10y.)
                What helps when I’m
                    anxious or worried?
“...chewing gum and going to see a teacher that
you’re close with. To understand how ASD
works and if an individual with ASD gets into
a conflict with someone, that person will also
need to have ASD explained to them and
how ASD affects the individual with ASD.”
                                    - (H. 17y.)
“When I am worried or stressed things
that can help are going to a private room
                           (e.g. SenCo room).” - (C. 15y.)
